We usually take homer for a special walk for his birthday which is near the end of May. We've taken him to Box Hill, Surrey a few times or along the river in Henley.

Does any one have any ideas for a good off lead (or mostly off lead) 2 hour romp that includes a bit of water for a swim and a picnic spot, or dog friendly pub? Somewhere not too far from South West London in the Surrey, Buckingham, Berkshire area.

Egrets Windsor park could be a good idea. We've been for a shorter walk there but more to explore.

Bit out of your target area, but if you wanted to make a day out of it, and don't mind a drive, it's hard to beat the New Forest I think.
