Re: Are our dogs related? Reading through all the connections between dogs, I was beginning to feel a bit isolated here in France Sooo, I've sorted out Juno's pedigree and YAY we have some relations! Juno's paternal Great Grand Father (or one of them) was Foulby Regan and he was sired by Hawksmoor Webster. I'm feeling very continental though as we have Finnish Lines on mother's side from Mallorn's Chocoholic and Tjotte's Ticket to Trouble and then some Dutch lines from dad's side with Fairwood's Kachou and also more British lines from Mardas Marine. And there I was thinking Juno was French...... ;D

I didn't even know what one was before I joined this forum, but now I know, I do love them, and I look at the tail of every Lab I see to see how it measures up

[/quote] I think, genuinely, 1946 - but there have never been very many. It's not like the history of Labradors is littered with dual champions. Stratfieldsaye Calcot Crossbow was a show line dog made up to FTCh (it must have been in the late 60s) but I can't find out much about him.
