Don't think Barley was a fan of the hydrotherapy if I remember rightly :-\
Sophie raised quite a bit of money selling her special chocolate brownies to her school friends ;D

When I had Oscars hips xrayed he was in agony for a few days after, so leaving it could potentially make it more painful if its gotten worse? Id also ask vet to refer you for hydro therapy, many insurances do cover you for this its well worth it! Good luck!

we know that leaving it is making him worse but if we can afford the x-rays he can not have them. And we have tried hydrotherapy but he was not a fan of it and was causing him too much stress and was not worth the hassle.

well recently we have been questioning if there actually is anything wrong with him the way he has been lately. He has been a different dog, full of energy wanting to play and go for walks, no limping or discomfort at all. Even if he has 2 walks he will still pester for another one. He has been playing a lot more with puzzle and been more energetic on walks and at training. No change in food or supplements, the same stuff so he is leaving us puzzled.

Well he keeps you guessing, that's for sure! Maybe if it's an arthritis thing it's related to the weather and barometric pressure, etc so cold damp days are worse?? I dunno, just a thought....
