I too have foolishly tried to change my avatar and despite following Uncle Bob's instruction precisely have failed miserably being told "Avatar either too large or not an avatar" I suspect the reason is that it returns to an earlier attempt when I tried to use "Specify avatar by URL and whatever I do to delete, it keeps returning to this attempt. I should have been satisfied with what I had! Roger
