I cannot find the place to add an Avatar. I click on my user name, select My Profile/ User Settings and no sign of an Avatar!

My photo is square.
It's saved as jpg file.
It's 100 x 100 pixles.
It's 39kb (is that too big?)

I get the following error message:

It's too big Julie, it needs to be under 20kb

 

If you need it resized, send it over by email

 

Make sure its jpg and not JPG - it is case sensitive. And no E so not jpeg If that still doesn't work, email it to me pippa@pippamattinson.com

 

Once we are on the new server, I'll sort it out so that other common variations or formats are valid in other words, you'll be able to upload JPEG, JPG, PNG, jpeg,png etc etc
