Hi all am a bit worried about Milo as he is 7 mths old and today someone told me to check his back leg because of the way he walks .He runs and jumps around and is not in pain. He waddles when he walks and sits sloppy but I put they down to being a puppy.

The Labrador rear end sway is perfectly normal - although it does stop being a waddle, and becomes more big cat like as they get older. ;D ;D ;D

If your dog has a sloppy sit, it means he is more intelligent than other dogs. I tell this to everyone who points out Charlie's sloppiest of sits. It's more fun if you can keep a straight face while doing so - right to the end of the conversation.

If your pup isn't limping, or showing any signs that anything is wrong, put the comment out of your mind. :)

    Holly must be a genius!

I wouldn't worry about waddling and sitting sloppily. All of our Labs have had a different gait and none of them have been able sit up straight (unless there was food on offer).
