I'm waiting for a tray of liver cake to finish baking - I haven't made it before. I tried tuna cake once but although Molly ate it (of course!) she wasn't thrilled. On Monday someone at our dog club activity evening offered her some liver cake and, well, Molly was packing her case and ready to follow this person home! So I thought I'd give it a try. Molly was desperate to help with the preparation so that bodes well. It was one of the most disgusting mixes I've ever handled however, so perhaps I'd better hope she's not too keen.

I made some once and it went fusty quite quickly so it's a good idea to freeze it in small batches.
