Thanks everyone. I took my little princess in at 8am, still hadn't heard anything by 3pm so I called and they said she was in having the operation.... they said they usually do them in the afternoon, I just wondered why she had to go in so early then!! so hopefully ill hear something in the next few hours as its a 2hour operation and then shell need to wake up. I got Bella a red Halti training lead last night but they only had large so hopefully that will be ok.

It's very weird here without her..not pitter patter of tiny paws..... I'll be mostly tidying, cleaning and Bella proofing the house tonight!!! she should be back tomorrow evening if all goes to plan. she was licking the vet this morning and putting her head on his arm, so cute. I told him to take care of her!!

Know what you mean when they are at the vets for operations. Your house will be nice and clean to welcome Bella home tomorrow :D.

I've just spoken to the surgeon, all went as expected and she's coming around from the anaesthetic . the ligament was almost fully ruptured and there was another tear- she said she was shocked Bella could actually walk on it as when it's that bad they are usually lame :( Poor Bella but least she's had the first operation....
