Lovely Zaba (who I look after a lot when his people are away, he's Tatze best friend in the whole wide world) gave blood yesterday. This was his fifth visit, they take plenty of time for them to get used to the environment - and it's the first time he's given blood. I'm sooooo proud of him.
Well done Zaba. A friend of ours with 5 labs i think has 3 that donate. We would have but having taken meds for HD AND being mostly under 25kg excluded Lilly. A worthy thing to do. Not allowed to donate my own blood either
Well done. My Lab was a blood donor and I really didn't like having to put him through it, but was asked by a friend and couldn't say no when her dog was dying.
