Just thought I would give a quick update. Axel has improved immencly with growling with bones and food. He no longer gets anxious when I come up to him when he's eating. And with his bones I just leave him be. But I can say his name now and he comes running with his bone and wiggles and says hi then trots off to chew some more. He even comes and lies down against my legs while he chews and I can rub him with my feet and he doesn't get tense at all. As I was writing this he kept dropping the bone in my lap for me haha.

But when my other pup goes near him it's a different story. So I keep them separate during special treat time :)

I'm sure there will be ups and downs with him and bones as he matures but for now I'm happy with progress
