Hollie's big canine teeth are growing on the inside of her baby ones which aren't wobbly, once fully grown will they push said baby teeth out or is it a trip to the vet????
Re: canine teeth Might be a trip to the vet needed. They can retain the puppy teeth which affects growth of adult. Normally puppy teeth should fall out before adults come through.
Re: canine teeth I'd definitely be asking a vet to take a look. Even if it's all normal, it's worth checking. Didn't you say Hollie also had smelly breath on another thread? Sorry if I've misremembered. If so, I would definitely have a vet check...
Re: canine teeth Maisie had the same problem where one of the canines wouldnt come out because of a very long root. I would check with the vet.
Re: canine teeth Tatze had this - they come out in their own time, our vet said she'd take it out when Tatze was spayed if it hadn't done so on its own. The puppy tooth eventually went grey and fell out at about 7 months.
Re: canine teeth Thanks for the replies, a couple of the little front ones did it also but were wobbly, they went grey and fell out. Hollie doesn't have smelly breath anymore, I do believe it came from a little cut in the back of her mouth that has healed nicely ;-) I'm going to register her with another vets so will mention it then
Re: canine teeth The same thing happened to both my dogs. The adult canine are so much bigger than the puppy ones. : . The puppy ones just fell out eventually.
