Quincy is a year now and I am just curious when we should switch over to adult food and what others have done. He currently eats Blue Buffalo Wilderness for Large Breed Puppies.
What do the manufacturers advise? It varies from brand to brand so it's worth dropping them an email and asking them if it's not clear on the packaging or website.
Or, what does your breeder say? Our breeder uses an All Life Stages food so no switching for us. But she did send us home with detailed instructions on when to change the number of feedings and how much food as puppies matured.
I've just had a quick look at your puppy food on the Blue wilderness website and it would seem that you should switch to adult at 12 months as their feeding guide only covers up to 12 month. They have guidance on switching from puppy food to Blue on their web site. http://bluebuffalo.com/natural-dog-...ry-food/wilderness-large-breed-puppy-chicken/
Well that was easy! lol Guess I never thought about looking at the bag. Thank you and I guess my next bag will be adult
