Anyone else have a suggestion for best brand of this stuff? Have tried out! No chew from wilkos. He loved the added flavour to his fun! Or are there any amazing home remedy recipes out there? Lab forum, my oak doors need you!!

I tried using a diluted vinegar sprayed over my skirting board that Bailey took a liking to - all it seemed to do was make him lay there and lick the area rather than chew it! Luckily he lost interest in that really quickly as he found better things to destroy - soft toys being his main target. Sorry I can't give any more recommendations but I am sure there will be someone along soon with a solution for you :)

Yes, I stealth sprayed whilst he was in garden thinking he would hate it. No. Straight to it, looked at me like "mum, you added flavour, how nice" hoping someone else had success.

I bought a Bitter Apple spray online, it worked well for us. I used it on furniture when she was younger and use it now for bandages and dressings so we don’t have to use a cone. It tastes pretty godawful by all accounts, but needs fairly regular re-spraying. There will always be a few tales of dogs who like the taste though...but worth a try!

We bought grannick's bitter apple spray & it seemed to do the trick. (though Jess not much of a chewer anyway, I just used it for furniture legs and skirting boards, partly as a precautionary measure!)

Bitter Apple worked when Mollie fancied our cupboard drawer and door knobs in the utility room.

Bitter apple hasn't ever worked for me. My first dog was such a bad chewer, furniture, walls, everything, that we were recommended to use chilli paste or Tabasco; unfortunately he just thought we'd seasoned everything for him  and absolutely loved it.

We tried 'Dog Off', Maisy loved it!

Grannicks Bitter Apple Spray was excellent and totally did the job!
(also sprayed it on my arms to stop puppy nipping but it wears off pretty quick)

Thanks all. Bitter apple hunt is on! By law of averages it seems to be best bet! Our greedy labs do seem to assume we are providing condiments tho!
