Clarity needed on puppy early waking solution please!!

We have had 3 nights now when we have put her to bed at 10pm and she has woken at 5,5.30 or 5.45 but has gone out for a wee then back to bed for an hour!! Think we are getting somewhere. We moved her dinner back to 8pm and the blackout blind helps I think

We are also getting the puppy to last from 10pm last wee until 5.15am :0)
