We have been to a new class this evening - our usual Saturday night class has missed 2 weeks so we went to one run by the same trainer (there isn't a huge choice of classes on the Isle of Man), in a local equestrian centre. Brilliant! There were quite a few dogs (11 at the cross over between 2 classes), but in a big indoor manege with enough space for the dogs. Coco was actually one of the best there, but he did get in a fair few barks & lunges. I do feel if we keep this up it will help so much with his socialisation.

And another thing, there was a lady there who I thought I recognised. After a bit she said she'd watched me & Coco improving week on week with our lead walking, then I realised she lives at the bottom of our road with 2 or 3 very pully Border Collies! Doh! Anyway, made me feel happy & confident.

Coco has fallen asleep - he's whacked!

Sounds like it will give you lots of exposure and practice with other dogs. It's always nice to have someone say they can see the hard work you've put in paying off.

That's really good! It's such a boost when you come across a good class (and your dog is a star :) ).
