Have just seen the Fox Terrier that won the Terrier group and it is perfection!! Absolutely stunning and a real dog shape. Don't see many now but they were very popular in the UK between the wars.

    Re: Crufts

Have switched over to Top Gear in disgust. That's how bad I think Crufts is. How can that American cocker be called a Gundog? Sorry, it's just not for me. I like normal, healthy, happy dogs, and I like to see what they are capable of, and watch them doing a job, in partnership with their owner. I am not interested in over-pampered, frou-froued creatures that can can barely run around the ring - and that's just the handlers, haha... ::)

Anyway, learned my lesson - I'm out.

Just received a tip from one of the Utility Judges that the hideously primped Standard Poodle is tipped to win :(

The breeder of the SP also bred the American 'Cocker Spaniel'

I like the Rottie and the Fox terrier. Not overly impressed by the others.
I think the wolfie looks a bit chunky?

I like the poodle. I can have bad hair days too, and don't expect people to write me off. ;D ;D

    Like the Rottie too.

See Romeo didn't make it through.

I think in a nice even clip it would probably be a very lovely normal looking dog

    For a poodle ;)
