I'd originally wanted a black Lab this time around, but would have had to wait another year to get one from the breeder I wanted to use, so got a yellow instead. There's something special about a thick, glossy, black coat! It's that glossiness I don't know that Yellow's ever achieve... How do you get these incredible shots?? Merla in the flowers... Kenzi looking angelic... Debs, what is your Yellow named? She looks almost regal in that pic. My Daisy is 14 weeks today and I'm already missing that soft, very young puppy-ness. She's getting gangly and moving almost like a real dog. Keeping up with the big dogs - almost! I want a video camera that is thought-activated that I can wear on my head. Who would believe me when I describe how Daisy picked a plant up by its head and pranced across the living-room, shedding pot, plant bits and dirt all the while. (Well, you all would!) These are such a treat to see! Keep 'em coming, please!
Re: Cute Puppy Pics Any photos of Kenzi that are not blurry, of her turning away or chewing something are pure luck - she seems to hate the camera phone (probably from me taking too many pictures when she first arrived). However, she's much better with my large Nikon camera, so I might have to start using that more aroun her which is a good enough excuse for me.

Re: Cute Puppy Pics Rosie, Dropbox worked just fine and you have a lovely dog! I get a kick out of seeing them bouncing with someone other than "mom". My hubby is a very stoic, undemonstrative German, and I love catching him loving the puppy. He even smiles (slightly) when she greets him with more joy and enthusiasm than he's had since he was a baby himself! By the way, I noticed that I cannot access the little teeny box pictures (what are those icons called??) while at work - our network blocks access to sites like photobucket. The Dropbox links work just fine, though. I'll have to wait till I get home to see Maisie being regal again! I had to laugh when I read about Pongo being too big for his favorite spot. Daisy is big enough now that she lifts Henry up when she shoots underneath him during play. She used to fit easily and would stay under him, grabbing at his throat while he'd wiggle around, trying to get at her. Now, she almost flips him over! They're both trying to adjust... Poor Henry is going to wonder what happened when she outweighs him by 10-15 pounds in another few months!

Re: Cute Puppy Pics This photo was taken a couple of days ago. Ash was very chuffed as he managed to jump onto the sofa for the first time, so he had a mad sprint up and down it. He is now 12 12 weeks old, hence the happy face
