Had a lovely time today with my local dog club. We started with a walk in the forest and then had a barbecue. Dogs and humans all enjoyed themselves and got on well together. There was a superbly behaved (and very beautiful) GSD sitting next to us at the barbie, whose owner told me she was a rescue and a bundle of nerves when she got her, but is now a PAT dog. A heartwarming story.
Sounds just lovely! What a co-incidence, I have been researching rescue places to offer some help and just discovered a GSD one about 5 miles away. And I got talking to a lovely lady today who had a lovely rescue GSD. I speak to so many more people since I got Chepi. Glad you had a good day!
