I have been receiving emails from Pippa and the site since Dennis my black lab came to share my l!fe. That was as a pup of 10 weeks.Dennis is now 11 months and definitely lives up to his name.l certainly need help and advice from you all. I have not had a puppy in the house for 13 years after losing my beloved Onslow (golden lab) and boy you certainly forget what it was like. A whirl wind hitting would be an understatement really. Bless him !!!!!! Bewarned we have landed. Hee hee.
Hi and welcome to you and Dennis, from me and my chocolate girl Juno. We would love to hear more about Dennis, and we rather like puppy photos
Ah welcome to the forum, Dennis The Menace They certainly keep you on your toes at that age! Great to have you here - mastering the photo posting is a rite of passage here. jac and Lilly
Hello and welcome from me and Thurman. I am new on the forum also. I completely understand the "bawarned" statement, my Thurman is 4 months and is a lot of work. =) So worth it. Again, welcome.
Thanks for such a lovely welcome. I will try and post a picture of Dennis soon.Dennis has just received his kennel club puppy award at the grand old age of 11months. I was soooo proud . Dennis was attacked by a stray dog over the fields at 6 months, which left him terrified of leaving the garden .We have been taking it very slowly. Puppy training has helped as he is with 4 other dogs. I have been advised by our trainer to keep him with the puppies and train for our bronze within the smaller class.Don't think we stand a cat in hell of passing. Dennis gets sooo wound up and excited. Bouncing all over the place. Meet and greet people !!!!!!!! OMG don't even go there. Trains beautifully at home but shows me up big time at class. Definitely 1 step forward 12 back. Oh well you have to laugh !!!!!!
