Did I mess up this Labrador breeding?

So I breed my female to my buddies male. Looked at the pedigrees but didn't compare them side until today? As I relooked today one name stood out so I check the other paperwork and found out the puppies will have one same grand parent. This is my first time breeding. Have you been on the kennel club website to find out the Coefficient of Inbreeding and how that compares to the recommended standard for labradors?
