Mabel has never done stairs so that's an easy one although she always loved her crate but now we still have the on going building work it has had to go in the lounge. She has now taken to the sofa. Very soon there may be a crate for sale
No, Dexter either sleeps in his crate in the dining room with the door open or in his crate in the lounge with the door shut. At the moment he's choosing the lounge option.
In the bed....in between us ......head on the pillow..... spooned into one or the other of us! It took him 18 months to break me as I had a 'no dogs upstairs rule' (hubby would have had him in with us from day 1) now all my friends think our sleeping arrangements are hilarious !
Saphy is the same . She sleeps on the bed in the spare room . But she comes in with me if she gets the chance . Not much room though
Nope, never. Meg is my 5th dog and we always used to have giant breeds. We could not fit our 3 Newfoundlands in bed with us yikes !!! No dogs upstairs rule has stuck. Meg is very happy downstairs in her open crate next to our old Mally
That would definitely be Homer's choice. I came home late on night after hubby had gone yo bed and found them both fast asleep, Homer in my spot with his head on my pillow. Hubby is away thus week so H will be with me.
Big boy Foxy sleeps with me - we spoon back to back - its nice. my Choccie girl snores so she is in a crate in the dining room - with the puppy in a separate crate (too lively for my bed) - I did try with Tamber in the bed too, but not enough room for me! and she WOULD NOT SHIFT for anything and insisted on being on top of my feet so she was banished to the lounge. So only one of the 4 in my bed - I am obviously a bit choosy.
I've been a bit concerned about New Pup - I have a high bed, and I wouldn't be happy with a young pup jumping down from it, and a tiny pup probably couldn't jump up. Problem solved! This company has pages and pages of bed steps and bed ramps! Yay! Just choosing now... http://www.wayfair.com/Dog-Ramps-and-Stairs-C1804268.html
