I'll start with this one - a recommendation by my sister in the Basque Country in northern Spain. They only accept one dog per room but apparently couldn't be more accommodating. She also says the restaurant is wonderful! And I can personally recommend this place in South Brittany. I stayed here for a week with Willow and Shadow. Elaine is a R+ dog trainer and teaches agility. We had a session with her every day which wore us all out! I hope to go back again one day http://www.gitessouthbrittany.com/
