My cat. Well even though he wasn't a dog, he really wasn't a cat either; he was a person without being human. He was one of the greatest loves of my life. The kindest soul going. You may have seen photos here with Chepi. He welcomed her into the house and they always cuddled up together. A teal gentleman. He was 18 and a half and went today. I am quite ill with grief.
Re: Dooley Oh Jane....and Chepi....so sorry for your loss of Dooley.. :'( :'( :'( My heart breaks for you both....
Re: Dooley I am deeply sorry to learn of the death of your beloved "person", it is wonderful that you knew him and he knew you, that you could communicate mind to mind, The loss is all the greater for that, but you can treasure his memory.
Re: Dooley Big, big hugs. It's so hard when we have to say goodbye. I hope you're getting lots of licks from Chepi to help you through. Sleep well, little Dooley x
Re: Dooley Aw, Jane :'( {{{hugs}}} So sad for you. 18 and a half.....that's a long time to make a friendship xxx
Re: Dooley Sorry to hear this :'( What a loss it must be especially after all those years. Extra cuddles with Chepi
Re: Dooley I am so sorry, what a wonderful life had he must've had a with you, a much loved and special cat Thinking of you xx
Re: Dooley Jane, so very sorry to hear about Dooley. You must be heartbroken :'( :'( Our Cat Felix was almost 27 years old when he passed away, we still miss him :'( xx
Re: Dooley Helen, that's amazing. So much for the average 14 years. The house seems very quiet without him even though he wasn't very noisy and Chepi is - there's a kind of a cotton wool effect over the house, a bit like hearing noise under water.
