Re: Ducklings Oh I really really really want some duckies and geese! I may copy you and place some hatchlings with the chickens. Just don't tell Clarabelle...
Re: Ducklings I think you'd have a hard time getting anything last Clarabelle! ;D that's a very penetrating stare she has! X

Re: Ducklings OMG, I nearly spat out my drink! That's an absolutely terrifying look. Chickens scare the bejeebers out of me.
Re: Ducklings You know, I was the same. I did not like them at all. Especially their weird, scaly claw feet things. I got them for my wife when we moved out into the sticks. And since I'm at home during the day, I'm muggings who has to look after them. And I absolutely love them now! They are really ace and have really distinct, and funny personalities. Not what I expected at all. When we first got them, I didnt even want to touch them to get them out of the travel box into the coop. Now they jump on my lap for cuddles! And peck my fingers as they appear to look like large worms!
We often debate if dogs feel guilty or know they've done wrong......but do ducks?!?! Naughty Temeraire! (Looking good though )
Ooo!!! Just seeing this now!! Isn't she a lovely naughty duck??? Thanks for the update Rachel. She is gorgeous! She must have heard all the fuss about kale being a superfood and wanted to try it for herself.....
Yes, she's going really well And has just started laying again. The day after this she was trampling my garlic plants and the next day the leeks and rocket! She sneaks under the bottom of the plastic fencing. Her mother does the same thing
