    Hi all,

Our Euan is very ill. This morning he was in his bed and couldn't come out. He is in so much pain. Don't know if he is paralyzed or that he can't lift his head or move his legs from pain. He already was on maximum painkillers because of herniated disk operation which wasn't successful. I just wait for someone who can come and help me to bring him to the vet!!

Poor lad and poor you, you must be beside yourself.

It may be best if you get the Vet to come to you, less painful for Euan if he is not disturbed.

However I can understand you wanting to get him help as quickly as possible and taking him there may be quickest.

It is a cliche I know, but you are in my thoughts.

Let us know how you both get on.

On no! That is awful for you...poor dog...:( I know some dogwalkers/groomers offer a dog taxi service in our local area.
What does your ver say? Do they know of a one you could contact, they must get this a lot with a larger animal who is too poorly to walk.
    Hoping everything is OK.

Poor lad. I would ring the vet, they may come out to him. Our vet will if we ask.

I managed to get an appointment with our vet this afternoon at 15:15 hrs. The dog walker is going with me to help. Euan loves the dog walker so much, that when he came to bring little Finn back, he stood up very wobbly and we managed to get him outside to do his 'business'. I will let you know what the vet will tell!

I cried most of this morning..... I don't want to loose him!

OH no. Having gone through disk and spine issues in old age with our first Lab girl I think I might have an idea of what you are seeing. It was terrifying for us and her too. Good wishes for a positive outcome.

I am so sorry to read this. Would the vet come out to you on a visit, rather than moving Euaun who sounds to be in great pain.
