oh dear, it was all going so well with toilet training but the excitement of trashing a cardboard box and chewing stuff (as I think his teeth are hurting today - he is moaning /whimpering and chewing hard on everything) has meant we have have several accidents this afternoon. His bladder is like a tardis - I swear he can just go then we turn around and there is a puddle! He is barking at the cats who are growling and spitting back. All happen ending here today. The wet weather really isn't helping as we aren't out in the garden as much. Good news is he had his second jab yesterday so next Thurs is puppy on the ground day!
Keep repeating , It will pass, It will pass Sorry I cant see your photo ? Honestly , it will improve so much once Jake can get out and about , it tires them out
The rain has been a nightmare this afternoon, when I persuade Molly to actually go out she dives in her digging spot or the new raised bed and gets completely filthy! Stood her in the sink at one point.... Had a few accidents here too
Blooming photos - this is from Flickr. Need to reread the instructions I think. Jake is now sat on a beanbag having a nap as if butter wouldn't melt.
Jake doesn't mind the rain or puddles. He will "go widdle" (youngest daughter chose phrase!) while we stand at patio doors!
Just put today down as experience and turn the page ready for tomorrow. it does get better - honest. Puppies are like babies - they get excited and engrossed in something and all of a sudden there's a puddle on the floor . If all else fails, a large glass of red wine helps to de-stress in the evening
@PuppyJake you are really cute. I loved this photo too Jake by Lisa Prince, on Flickr If you click on the curved "share photo" arrow on the right, copy the BBC code and paste directly into the thread, that should work
