    Yes, it is and so is Saunton Sands. But there are car park charges!

    We were at Saunton Sands a few weeks ago. We parked at the Braunton Burrows car park and followed the track across the dunes to the beach. I understand from the locals that the Burrows car park is cheaper than the one at the north end of the sands, and the walk across the dunes was lots of fun for the dog because of all the pools.

    is there a good place near lyntonand linmouth to be able to get good crabs to eat my favourite thing and even living near the seain sussex they are rather small i have read other posts on here and hope to go to tarr steps and lots of other places

    just home from a week on exmoor really lovely area got to lots of places dunster beach is brill milly loved it stayed at luckyard farm near wheddon cross good for all dogs no charge for dogs

    the luttrell arms is under new management and little quarme cottages is up for sale
