Dexter I was thinking about you and the heat actually as you must deal with it all the time. Do you have problems with the pavements being too hot to walk on? We have been having to test them to see if they're cool enough to walk on and out vet said yesterday that someone brought in a dog with burned pads. Fresh bread and fresh icecream...I'd end up the size of a house! (well, I'm probably not far off that now haha)
I hope that Ella going to daycare for a few hours has helped. I spend time every few days teaching Harley to sit so I can look in her ears, eyes, mouth, at her paws, feel her whole leg and her tummy. We reward each touch/look. When we were at the vets earlier last week it showed it has worked as she sat so nicely and let them examine her all over. I hope the temp dips soon for you x
