fully grown

    Hi there, can anyone tell me when a lab is fully grow? Milo is 10 mths now and around 31 kilos.

    Height wise , at about 12 months but they do carry on filling out until around 18- 20 months or so . Its not the weight that an issue, my almost four year old boy weighs 38 kilos but is slender, just tall and muscles that weigh more than fat :) As long as, when you look at them from above, they have a well defined waistline , also you can feel ribs but not see them, they are in good shape , but all are different in bone structure and height x

    When discussing Juno with the orthopaedic specialist his view that at around 9 months she was pretty much full grown. Having said that she seems to have grown an extra couple of inches while resting from her op........

    Harley stopped growing and filling out about 2 months ago - she is 19 months old now. They do stop at different times though

    I think Penny stopped growing heightwise at about a year old, but continued to fill out and change shape slightly for another six months or so. She is very small for a Labrador though. I think on average a safe estimate would be 18-24 months.
