    :) :) :)

A lot thiner and starving hungry! Probably the absence of 24/7 treats from OH. ::)

Smelling lovely, I think coconut shampoo...

    And pretty quiet.

They said he was a well behaved dog! I nearly fell over, and had to double check it was my dog they were talking about!

He seems fine, anyway. They said he settled, and had no problems.

The only thing is the enclosure he was in allows him to jump up, so if I take him after his op I'll have to talk to them about a modification.

So glad Charlie is back safe and sound :D

I think dogs are like children in a way - always good with other people, but hyper at home ;)

Enjoy having him back and please give him a hug from Harley and me :)

Ah I'm off to bed so nice to know he's home safe, ready for a major cuddle Fest from you both I'm sure!
Enjoy your eve with him and hopefully you will have a few quiet 'er'days will he repletes his energy levels.
Did you have a bit of a tummy turn over when you realised he could jump up?x

He does seem normal, yes. I think he had some good exercise.

Yes, a bit - although it's not so critical now, after all, his ligament is already ruptured (we are just trying to take care of the cartilage and obviously not have him in pain so he can't exercise). But I don't want him doing it after the op. Just jumping up to rest his paws on the top of something puts pressure on his joint, but it's not a shock or a twist. He was worse with people, he'd jump round them too, but we've more or less stopped that. The worst things are like running after a ball flat out, then slamming on the brakes, or jumping into a high car, stuff like that.

Yes, I think you are right! And you have to take your proud maternal moments whenever you can find them!

Great to hear about your reunion :) I think Naya is right - they're far better behaved for other people! :)
