Edsel and I met a friend and her 1 year old Yorkie in town for a walk this evening. Lovely weather leading to lots of walkers, joggers, cyclists and other pups. My friend commented several times on how well mannered Edsel was and I was wondering who replaced my pulling, lunging maniac with this relatively calm and unaffected pup. He must have been putting on a show for the Yorkie, Ms. Wrigley. Playing it cool for the ladies! We've been working on focusing on me when meeting or passing by people and pets. Just didn't think it was getting anywhere until tonight. I was very proud of him and he was rewarded with 30 minutes of chase the ball around the house like a loon! Lori
Re: Great progress on walk Well done Edsel they do surprise us sometimes and make you feel really proud
Re: Great progress on walk Ah that's great to hear,it's lovely to see the results of time and effort you've put on....was Ms Wrigley impressed by his moves?
Re: Great progress on walk It's great when you suddenly realise all the work is paying off - well done!
