Re: Grown up Charlie! (Warning boast post) I'm thrilled - I think, anyway. I wanted him more confident (he has always been over keen and over friendly but very unsure if another dog didn't act as he expected, ie, wasn't like him or didn't take kindly to 28kgs of chocolate barrelling up screaming LET'S PLAY NOW!!!). So I find it slightly nerve wracking to have him growl. It's exactly what I wanted, of course! And he has so far got it only right - when dogs try to jump on him or are otherwise very rude. He did it again today with a rude (just a nutty mannerless teenager) Husky. Got another class on Saturday so can get the pros to take a look and give me an assessment of how we are doing. I think it's all good though.
