Guide Dog Puppies

    Yes, the trainers use clickers when they get to school and they don't want us amateurs confusing the dogs.

    I think they are right, a new start with a trainer and a clicker will be good for them when they are learning the highly technical and precise guiding work.

    I use a sharp 'good' which I save for training and I try to make it sound like a human clicker lol

    My friend puppy walks GR 'Coffee', he's ten months old.

    She's now also got GS Guide Dog puppy Yoro. Eight weeks old.

    She's got her hands full!

    I'm getting a puppy, I'm getting a puppy, I'm getting a puppeeeeeeeeee!

    He's a yellow Golden Retriever/Flatcoat cross called Keir and he's 12 weeks old.

    I'm not sure when he's arriving but it could be very soooooon (i.e. tomorrow!)
