The good news is that it isn't Cushings or Addison's. The bad news is that we don't know what it is. Vets have said its to do with her adrenal glands so could be an infection, cysts or a tumour. She's on antibiotics this week and will have bloods re-done on Friday, then depending on results she may need scans. I'm relieved it's not any of the 2 diseases, and just hoping that it's an infection or cysts.
So pleased that it isn't one of the two former probabilities , and keeping everything crossed for a simple outcome , in my thoughts xx
That's a relief. Hopefully the vet can pin it down to something that's treatable. Give her a hug from Ruth and me.
Glad its not the first 2 hope it's infection or cysts. Everything crossed too. Best wishes to you all
Good news and bad news for you I guess. We like to KNOW what things are. Hoping you get to the bottom of this soon and Harley is back to her normal self x
Good news about the two diseases but another wait which is torture. I hope you and Harley are OK. You will soon know what's wrong. xxx
Ah, good news....and fingers crossed for more good news. Big hugs to Harley and you from Pongo and me. xxx
Good to hear it's not Cushings or Addisons. I hope you and Harley have a good week and the antibiotics solve the problem, although it's another waiting game now.
Great that it's not Cushing or Addisons, but it must be so hard waiting to find out what the problem actually is. Fingers crossed for an infection that the ABs clear up quickly.
Glad they have ruled out the first two. Hopefully next week once second results are back you get a clearer diagnosis. Hoping it is just an infection that can easily be treated.
Just seeing this now. Hope the antibiotics do the trick and she feels better. That would be the best outcome! Fingers crossed here.
