Yesterday Thomas left his scotch egg on the worktop, Charlie walked past stuck his long tongue out and had a sneaky lick, he thought nobody saw him Thomas ATE it!! Have to say we are rarely ill. xx
I fell over again yesterday not too bad nothing broke or displaced. Rory was very concerned and gave me a quick hug and lick. That was really sweet. Then some young men got out of their car and walked towards me i was scared but they were so kind and sweet and made sure I was ok. It did wonders for me they were so nice and it really restored my faith in young men there are some nice ones out thereafter all.
Sorry that you fell Sdegg are you OK? Yes, there are some nice people out there, glad you meet some to help you.
Ok, I'll add one. I put the dutch oven down for Jet to lick out, when she was done I put it on the counter for washing. A couple of days later I was browning meat for stew when it suddenly hit me, I never did wash that dutch oven. It didn't take much rationalizing to decide that the heat of browning wiped out any germs and saved me the expense of the meat. But I never told the OH. Worse was the day three of us from training class walked our dogs through the village, got ice cream cones and shared them, each with our own dog. Not when we were finished either, we all licked them after the dogs had.
Our neighbor with the Samoyed feels that all dogs should know how to use silverware, and feeds them at the table with the fork she is using. They do OK with forks, not so well with spoons, and they can't seem to master the knife at all, but then again they don't really need a knife.
This is why I shouldn't own two labs. Ella jumps up, not actually at me, just near me, Hamish jumps on Ella, both fall forwards and come crashing down on my leg
Ouch! Yes, you have to keep your eyes open, your knees soft, and a good distance when they're being maniacs
