    We are the proud owners..(I think... ;D) of Benson, a 14 week old chocolate labrador retriever, he is a bundle of fun..and very hard work!
    Looking forward to browsing this site. We have just bought the "Recall" book, and this has helped enormously already with training.

    Hello and a warm welcome from me, two year old black Lab Sam and our rescue girl Millie :)

    What a fabulous looking puppy your Benson is , we love pups and love photos of pups even more :)

    Me neither, Christoph! Methinks the mods can see something we can't.. I can't see any puppy pictures :'(

    Welcome to you and Benson, however. We're not so far ahead of you, Brew my yellow lab is 5 months now. I also have a cocker spaniel called Theakston, who's 10.

    Hi from another Benson. An unusual name which I chose because I am a fan of George Benson, the American jazz singer and not Benson & Hedges!

    Thank you all so much for your warm welcome :)...I just have so much to learn having never had a puppy before. Hubby is used to them, however as I am home re-habbing from an accident I am spending most time with Benson. He is a bundle of absolute joy, but tbh if I had known how challenging puppies are.. well maybe I wouldn't have been quite so happy to take on the responsibility! Now after only 5 weeks I cannot imagine life without him. I apologise in advance for any daft questions I ask...and hope you will go easy on me! :) :)

    I can't see the photo either? Guess it is because I am new to the forum?

    Hi and welcome to the forum.

    benson sounds lovely. I can't see pics either, i am just having to use my imagination ;D

    I own a nearly 8 month:)o already) old fox red labrador called puzzle and a 5 ish year old crossbreed mongrel thingy called barley :)

    Hope you enjoy the forum and continue enjoying Benson :)

    Hallo, welcome from me and Megs my almost 14 year old yellow lab. I'm new too, only joined few days ago. Can't believe have had Megs for 14 years this year, still remember when she was a pup. She was a little monkey, stubborn at times especially with me but we got there in the end. Would be lost without her.

    Hi Benson,I can't see you....not sure why?
    I have Dexter 16 month old yellow boy ...we live in Dubai but are away on a short trip to London at the moment so missing him like mad,enjoy the forum and your new puppy
