Hi to everyone from me and my 7 month old Chocolate "Chips Ahoy" Lab mix. Chips joined our family 2 weeks ago today. We, my 2 boys ages 22 & 16 and daughter age 20 adopted him from an animal rescue shelter and have been enjoying everything about him. The people at the shelter told us he's considered a "teenager" and boy they weren't kidding. Lol. He is so sweet but starting to get a bit mischievous, always trying to test us to see what he can get away with. Lol typical teenager. I'm sure I will be visiting here often for some helpful tips.
Hello and welcome! How lovely that you rescued Chips. Do you know anything about his past story? So sad when a dog of his age (or actually any dog) is given up for adoption... But lucky for him that you found him!
Hi and welcome from me and 3 year old girl, Harley What a fantastic home you have given Chips. His age seems to be when lots of people give up their dogs because they are going through adolescence. The fact that you have 3 grown up children will benefit you as he will test you patience, but he will become a fantastic companion. Please do ask any question you have
Welcome to you and Chips from Hattie 9 years and our rescue boy Charlie 6 years. Charlie was 9 months when he came into our lives, so yes trying times but well worth it. Well done to you and your family for taking Chips into your home and lives. I look forward to hearing all about him and your training xx
