Hello everybody, I registered with this forum ages ago and then with a change of computer managed to lose/forget about you. I am so pleased I have found you again. Bess is our first Labrador, she is now coming up to fifteen months and is brimming with energy. I read Total Recall just after Christmas and though I haven't followed the programme I have incorporated some of the ideas when walking Bess. I hadn't realized how boring and predictable our walks were so now we are doing lots of games and training and trying to be that bit more exciting. We are lucky enough to live close to the coast; here is a picture of Bess at the beach: Bess at Boulmer by Pete Reed, on Flickr Looking forward to finding my way around the forum and learning from you all. Alice
