Hi everyone, I've just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself but have been reading all the invaluable information and advice for a while now - so thank you all! We're new to the lab family. We picked up our 9 week old boy, Marty, on Saturday and it's been a whirlwind since! He's such a good boy, has been sleeping without a whimper from the first night and is getting the hang of toilet training. The biting and nipping have been pretty constant and have hurt my 10 year old son a couple of times, but we read all the info on the subject and are relieved to know this stage will pass. Such a strong jaw and sharp little teeth! Otherwise, he's been a dream. I know I'll be on these forums a lot. It seems like such a great community and I'm looking forward to being a part of it Marty is pictured in my avatar but I'll try and post a couple more pics when I work out how to. Marissa

Hi Marissa and Marty, welcome from me and Xena across the ditch in Wellington. My 8 year old really bore the brunt of Xena's teeth, the croc phase is really difficult with kids. This place is really comforting during the tough times
