Hello everyone! My wife and I will be welcoming a Chocolate Lab puppy into our family after losing our 9 year old Black Lab, Gunner, back in November. The breeder said the puppy is only 3 weeks old right now, so we still have a few more weeks to wait before we can bring him home. We are still very sad about losing our Gunner but look forward to welcoming the new puppy into our family. When we adopted Gunner he was already 3 years old so this will be the first Lab we have raised since puppy-hood. We also have a Lab mix who has been very lonely since Gunner passed. I've included pictures of the puppy and my favorite picture of Gunner.

Re: Hello from the U.S. Welcome to the forum, congratulations on your new puppy, he looks adorable. My condolences on the loss of your lovely dog - Gunner looks like he was a super dog I've approved the pictures so hopefully everyone else can see them now too!
Re: Hello from the U.S. Thanks everyone! bbrown... Thank you, Gunner was a very special and super dog for sure. Also, thank you for approving the pictures, although they still don't seem to be showing up. (at least for me)
Re: Hello from the U.S. hhmmm I can see them but that's not much help as I'm a mod. We may have to wait for Pippa if there's something technical wrong. In the meantime I can say there are two cute pictures of a little chocolate drop and a gorgeous picture of Gunner cuddled in looking handsome (that's my dogs favourite position of an evening too )
Re: Hello from the U.S. I believe I have found a way to post the pics other then the attachments option. If it's alright I will repost them below?
