Re: Hello from White Rock, BC, Canada I had a ten year old black lab who was taken away by my ex. A huge heartbreak that still makes me cry. I never get to see her. So I was sadly dogless for six months. Then the universe put me and Buca together. She was 7 1/2, from Calgary, needed a new home. And I needed her. She has lost twenty pounds in our year and half together. I decided to get a new puppy from my original breeder. My first dog is Piper's great aunt. So I feel like I have a piece of her with me. Buca is the gentlest girl ever. Puts up with all kinds of puppy antics. Piper loves her. I think she is growing to love Piper more and more. I, of course, love them both.
