Hi all, just checking in. Our new black lab pup, Corley, has only just been born so won’t be coming to us until 3rd week of May-time (current situation permitting). He’s had his name for a good ten years but we decided to grow the kids a bit before he actually joined us. They’re 8 and 4 1/2 now and it seemed the right time for Corley Dog to take his place. I joined a Facebook black lab group, read The Happy Pup yesterday, taking lots of notes, and that lead me here! Look forward to picking your brains
Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on the imminent arrival of Corley! We also had a decade of waiting before the time was right to bring our dog Max home, and he has been SO worth the wait. I hope you're able to collect Corley as planned in May - let us know how it goes!
