Hi Peter. Love your photos - Sirius is a beautiful boy. I have Molly, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever cross Lab.
Thanks Joy and Beanwood Joy a mix with a chesapeak bay retriever? You have to post a photo of her! I think around here chesapeak bay retriever are very rare.....
Hello Peter, and welcome! Here is my great big giant of a labrador called Pongo... https://www.dropbox.com/s/ap3tae7oql...rrace.JPG?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/b8j4pn0yvz...woods.jpg?dl=0 Rosie
Pongo is 39kg! But he is a good shape - not overweight, just very very very BIG. I only weigh 60kg, so when he and I have a disagreement on which way we are going, you can guess who wins every time....!
Ahahaha i see! Around here i only see fat labradors saddly it's very rare to see a dog which is in shape!
Hi Peter! Sirius is very handsome! I have a friend who trains Labs as service dogs and her last one was named Sirius.
She's beautiful Rosemary! My daughter has two chocolates ... Sierra and Cocoa .... they are both loves, well, Cocoa is still a pretty feisty pup!! LOL!
That's interesting Pippa, your terminology .... I've read it here before. When I got my Maggie I was told she was a 'Field' Lab and the other type was English. Maggie had more of a pointed nose and head not so square. I think our Maui may have a bit of both, but I really can't tell and don't know. A friend saw her the other day and said her head was going to be perfectly square ... I took that as more 'English' from what I know. Either way it doesn't matter to me ... I love them all! Just curious on all of this.
