Hi everyone, my pup Benji is now 20 weeks. He is very friendly and thinks EVERYONE is his friend. I love how confident he is but, we are struggling to get him to calmly greet people/other dogs. I tell him to sit and not to jump but he only seems to for a second and then back to lunging and jumping. Any tips on how to calm him down to gently greet others please? He's so full on and I don't want this to cause issues when he is bigger (and stronger). T
Hi I’m sorry I’m unable to help as I have a 14month old chocolate Labrador who is still really excited to see people etc. I try and keep him on lead for most of our walks and when people are approaching I try and distract him with a LAM look at me or something similar. Keep going with the sit and stay and he is still young and I’m sure you will do fine

There really is no substitute for attending classes... As for how to teach no jumping up, I like this video from Chirag Patel:
