Hi all! My name is Patti and I have a 4 1/2 month old chocolate lab, Koda. He's testing us lately, but I know that it's all temporary. Right now it doesn't FEEL temporary but I keep reminding myself that it is. I'm learning so much here! I"m glad you're all so willing to share.
Hi and welcome from me and 4 year old red girl, Harley in the UK. Have you had labs before? It is temporary, but can seem like an age before they start to settle. Look forward to hearing more about Koda.
Thanks for the welcome! Koda is our second lab. We lost Bruce when he was 12 1/2, last December. We got him when he was 6 or 7 months old and although he was rambunctious, he didn't do a lot of the crazy stuff Koda is doing. Up until a month ago, I was bragging about what a laid back, easy going dog Koda was. I take it all back!! He has proved me wrong!
Hi from Western North Carolina mountains! I have a 29 week old male chocolate pup. They can be a handful and you will definitely get advice, knowledge and support from this site. I find it extremely helpful and I'm on my second chocolate lab!
Welcome from me, Wispa (5) and Tuppence (3). 'Temporary' puppy behaviour can last a while - apparently labs grow up when they're three, but but my two don't seem to have realised that!
