    I live in East Sussex and have one black (the only colour to have) lab called Tarka, and a horse called Blueabu. Think that is all, oh except to say that I am vey old. :)

    I have a yellow Lab but I secretly agree that they should all be black :)

    I don't think you will be as old as I am :) Though I still think I am 30 and feel thirty and am fit, just that the wrinkles have caught up and it is a shock when I look in the mirror!

    Clare and Brew, 6 month old yellow Lab (was expecting black actually, her mum however had 3 yellows ;D) plus Theakston, small brown and white spaniel

    Hello and welcome to the forum. I used to live in East Sussex, on the Ashdown Forest, and I have a horse, too. Alas no black labrador, four spaniels instead! :D

    I love all the labs( bit of a leaning to spaniels too ;D)all the colours ,but have to admit to a yellow preference ;D we do live in the Dubai Desert though,so Dexters colour is very practical for his environment ;D
    Dexter is born of 2 black parents so he is kind of an 'honary' black Lab x
    Enjoy the forum ....I've had 2 weeks of family visitors so today,although I'm middle aged,I feel old! X

    Welcome Pat, from Lisa and Simba, 18 month old choc LabX. I'm not exactly young, but not exactly young, either, but in my mind I'm with Stacia. Not a day over 30, for sure!! :D ;)
