Well everyone, thank you for all your kind words, thoughts and hugs. Willow went through her 3 hr surgery last night and it seems all went well, she was kept pretty much sedated last night and slept under the heat lamp. However, she is up today, has eaten her breakfast (my little hoover ;D) and is actually using the leg (already!!). The vet is really pleased with her, the xrays are good and he says it should make a big difference to her, she has no nerve damage and seems to be recovering well. She is on pain relief injections, anti-inflammatories and something for her stomach and will be kept for another day or two.

The nurse said she's a lively one (translated as she's a bit of a lunatic) - think I'll have to sit on her to keep her quiet when she comes home lol.

Yay she's home ;D though trying to cope with another excited lab, pulling a borrowed heavy crate out of the car while not letting her jump or run about was interesting - I need more hands!

Does anyone know how to upload photos? Only got to take a proper one when she fell asleep - I think she's a bit concerned about her baldy side as she keeps turning away when I try to take a photo lol - it's def not her best side.

So glad she is home safe and sound :)

If you look in the technical section it will give you several ways to upload photos ;)
