Re: How much does your puppy weigh? Our two black boys Barney & Jack weighed 3.6kg and 3.96kg at just over 8 weeks and 6kg and 6.4kg two weeks later when we took them for second jabs on Monday.

Re: How much does your puppy weigh? Checked Maisie's weight today as a tad concerned she's looking skinny again and she weighs 13.6kg @ 21 weeks. Does this sound a bit underweight or maybe I just have a slim-line girl!!

I was thinking more of one chart with age vs ht, a second with age vs wt, and a third with ht vs weight. Still takes time, but maybe not so intimidating! And then we could get into bone density vs ht, and wt vs bone density, and number of teeth vs age, and and and... ;D

Had to do a little bit of conversion here, but Kailey who will be six months on August 7th was just into the vet for a booster Lepto shot and weighed 49.6 pounds or 22.49 kg. She looks just right to me.....has the waist they suggest you see but no ribs showing. So I would say she is lean but not skinny and does have a ton of energy. ;D I agree it is hard to have a set idea of proper weight and if they are growing well. My worry is that I don't want a fat lab as they lives are already too short and the added weight certainly can influence their health and longevity. biorus

Re: How much does your puppy weigh? Gypsy 13 weeks 9.7 Kilos Tatze 16 months 28 Kilos Tatze has been having too many treats lately for being a good girl with Gypsy so she's on a little diet to get her back to 26 Kilos - neither are given any human food whatever.

I'm afraid the red marks are our Pongo. Honestly, I don't think he is overweight - he has a good waist, I can feel his ribs easily - but goodness me, I hope he stops growing soon!!! Re: How much does your puppy weigh? Rosie if you can feel Pongo`s ribs and see a waist , I would say he's normal for him. I love the big labs. Can I add that Cupar at 15 and a half weeks is 11.9kg. He's putting on a kilo a week roughly. So at 8 weeks he was only about 3kg. Oh dear he's tiny in comparison to some on here.
