Erm, I may now be seeing dog-training corollaries in everything, but.... I went to the cinema this afternoon to see 'How to train your Dragon 2'. Toothless (the main dragon) reminded me constantly of Merla in mannerisms and expressions, and the whole plot line seemed to centre around the benefits of positive reinforcement training!! Or maybe I'm just obsessed ;D ;D Anyone else seen it? (I do recommend it, by the way, pretty good as kids' films go.)
Re: 'How to train your dragon' I think its brilliant ! My 6 year old twins are obsessed with it and I think the first movie really helped them understand animal behaviour a little. They certainly behaved like Hiccup did when he first stroked Toothless when they met our little Meg. We love it
