I want an English Labrador retriever, preferably one with smaller parents(still with a healthy weight of course) and mild tempered. I would like to avoid a puppy mill. Can anyone recommend a a good breeder, or another good way to find a healthy pup? I’m in the Midwest but I’m willing to travel
